FAQs
I work holistically from strategy to design to the creative and individual end product. Everything comes from one source and is stringent in itself. I enable you and your team through a manual to apply the designs correctly and in-house. I also offer to accompany you in the process as a brand consultant to continue to implement the brand stringently according to your values or, if necessary, to adjust the course with time and new needs. This way we can also ensure a long-term successful brand management.
After our initial consultation, I will provide a custom quote based on the requirements, scope and timeframe of the project. Do you have a predefined price limit? Then please let me know in the form or during the meeting.
Once you have commissioned your project, you will make a deposit of approximately 1/3 of the total price to reserve your project in my calendar. The remaining 2/3 will be divided into further partial payments. The last partial payment will be made before the final data is delivered.
In our collaboration you are always in the loop: About the status of things and about the next steps. In each agreed feedback loop, you have the opportunity to share your opinion and correct the direction if necessary. This is how we make decisions together and work our way to the goal – through a collaboration that thrives on good, constructive feedback.
For new customers, I don’t just develop flyers or business cards. I develop brands holistically – then of course with everything that goes with it. Existing customers whose brand we have developed together can ask me for any measure, no matter how large or small.
Our arrangements and meetings usually take place online. If you come from the Munich area, I am also very happy about a personal meeting and would be happy to invite you to me in downtown Munich.
